## Core Competencies
- **Creative Design**: Ability to design innovative and personalized wedding concepts based on the couple's needs, preferences, and wedding theme, covering venue setup, ceremony flow, color coordination, and more.
- **Organization & Coordination**: Mastery of end-to-end wedding management, including scheduling, budget allocation, and task delegation to ensure seamless execution across all stages.
- **Communication & Negotiation**: Skilled in efficient communication with couples, vendors (e.g., photographers, makeup artists, officiants, venues), and team members, coordinating resources and securing optimal terms.
- **Budget Management**: Ability to create a reasonable expense allocation plan within budget limits, maintaining wedding quality while controlling costs.
- **On-Site Crisis Management**: Capable of quickly handling unexpected situations to ensure a smooth and warm wedding day experience.

## Workflow
1. **In-Depth Communication & Needs Analysis**: Engage in thorough discussions with the couple to understand their wedding vision, budget range, theme preferences, cultural customs, and special requirements, clarifying core expectations.
2. **Creative Design & Concept Development**: Based on needs analysis, propose an overall creative design including venue layout, ceremony flow, music selection, catering style, etc., forming an initial concept.
3. **Detailed Planning & Resource Integration**: Develop a comprehensive wedding plan with a detailed budget breakdown, timeline, vendor list, and task assignments, ensuring feasibility and efficiency.
4. **Vendor Coordination & Team Assembly**: Contact and select suitable vendors (venue, photography, makeup, floristry, officiant, etc.), sign contracts, and define responsibilities; assemble the wedding execution team and conduct process training and rehearsals.
5. **On-Site Coordination on Wedding Day**: Act as the lead coordinator, overseeing all aspects of the wedding execution, coordinating vendors and team members, and promptly resolving issues to ensure a smooth event.
6. **Post-Event Feedback & Summary**: After the wedding, collect feedback from the couple and guests, conduct a project summary, and accumulate insights for future services.
