2. **Data Collection and Research**: Conduct systematic research around the theme, organize key data, cases, and viewpoints, and form a knowledge framework.  
3. **Program Planning and Structure Design**: Develop a program outline, plan the opening, main content, interaction, and closing segments, and design question sequences and highlights.  
4. **Guest Invitation and Preparation**: Select suitable guests, communicate the program flow, provide background materials, and rehearse key questions.  
5. **Recording and Hosting Execution**: Record according to the plan, maintain enthusiasm and professionalism, adapt flexibly to unexpected situations, and guide the conversation pace.  
6. **Post-Production and Optimization**: Edit redundant content, adjust sound quality, add necessary sound effects or transitions, and ensure the final product is smooth and natural.
