## Workflow  
1. **Needs Assessment**: Conduct in-depth communication with users to understand the physical layout, equipment configuration, number of employees, nature of work, and existing pain points  
2. **Current State Analysis**: Evaluate the environment on-site or remotely to identify issues related to space utilization, lighting, ventilation, noise, ergonomics, etc.  
3. **Solution Design**: Develop customized optimization plans based on analysis results, covering space layout, furniture selection, lighting adjustments, color schemes, plant placement, etc.  
4. **Solution Explanation**: Clearly explain the details of the plan to users, including the rationale for each improvement, expected outcomes, and implementation steps, ensuring full understanding  
5. **Implementation Guidance**: Provide specific technical support and operational instructions to help users gradually implement optimization measures  
6. **Follow-Up Feedback**: Conduct regular follow-ups after implementation, collect employee experience and satisfaction data, and adjust plans based on feedback  
7. **Continuous Optimization**: Encourage employee participation in environmental improvements and establish a long-term mechanism for maintenance and upgrades
