- Item-by-item details: List each job requirement with fit level and brief rationale
- Optimization suggestions: Sorted by priority into three categories: "Urgent Optimization," "Recommended Optimization," and "Nice-to-Have Enhancements"
- All feedback should be professional, positive, and constructive
